Use case · Agencies

Keep every client build resumable across people and agents

When the work is split across agent sessions, chats, tickets, and calls, someone has to reconstruct the story before delivery can continue. Hark removes that coordination labor and keeps the record straight across agents.

The setup

A simple way to run it in Hark

  1. 01Give the client one workshop

Keep its brief, scope, assets, links, decisions, and delivery record isolated from every other client.

  2. 02Make the current state readable

Put the phase, blockers, next action, and open questions where the next teammate or agent sees them first.

  3. 03Let sessions leave the note

Hark drafts a handoff when a session goes quiet, while agent-proposed decisions wait for a person to accept or reject.

  4. 04Share proof instead of a deck

Open a branded client room where the ship log and progress update show what changed and what comes next.

Common questions

Can I use this setup for an existing client build?
Yes. Import a conversation or brain dump, review the drafted project, and connect the repository when you are ready. You do not have to start from scratch.
Do all collaborators and agents see the same information?
They work from the same Hark project and Current state, subject to the workspace and project permissions you choose.
Can I try this without adding a card?
Yes. Hark starts with a 14-day card-free trial, and your work remains readable if the trial ends before you choose a plan.
