For team leads

Hark for teams

Bring contractors and freelancers into AI-built projects with decisions, reasons and gap-checked handoffs. Recipients do not need a paid seat.

Onboarding without the two-hour call

Give the next builder a record to read before the first conversation: what the project is for, where work stopped, what is blocked, and what to do next. Spend the call on unanswered questions, not reconstructing the project.

Decisions with their reasons

Keep the choice and the reasoning together. A contractor can see why a shortcut was rejected or an approach chosen, instead of repeating an old discussion. Agent proposals remain separate from decisions a person has agreed to.

Check the gaps before handing over

Choose a developer, client or agent handoff. Hark checks for gaps before you send it. Fill in the missing context and give the recipient a clear next action rather than a pile of chat transcripts.

Recipients do not need a paid seat

Recipients read a handoff for free, ask questions and add suggestions without taking a seat. A recipient link does not give them unrestricted editing access to your workshop. Share the material they need, not every project your team runs.

Keep the code with the work

Keep the repository as the home for code and durable instructions. With repository export enabled, the handoff and decision files travel with the project. The next person or connected agent can start from the same project brief.

Common questions

Does a contractor need a paid seat to read a handoff?
No. Handoff recipients read for free. A handoff link is not a workshop membership or permission to edit your project.
What should a new builder read first?
Start with the purpose, current work, decisions with reasons, and the next action. Use the handoff's gap check to identify missing information before sending it.
Does Hark replace the repository?
No. Keep code and repository instructions in the repository. Hark holds the shared project record and can export handoff files to a linked repository.
Can an agent decide for the team?
Agents propose decisions. A person accepts, edits and accepts, or rejects them. Observed work is distinct from an agreed decision.

Start with one project and the next person taking it over.
