Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-02

1. What Hark is

Hark is a private venture workshop — a hosted app for capturing business ideas, moving them through a pipeline of stages, and handing them to AI coding tools. You use it at your own discretion.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the app. Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for anything done under your login. Workspaces can invite additional collaborators; each collaborator agrees to these terms.

3. Your content

Anything you type, upload, or generate inside Hark belongs to you. We store it so you can read it back. We do not use your ideas, dossiers, files, sparks, or CLAUDE.md content to train models. We do not sell them.

4. Plans and payment

Free plans (Scout) have caps on projects, seats, storage, and MCP calls. Paid plans (Builder, Studio) lift those caps. Cancel any time; your workspace stays readable and exportable for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Hark to break the law, harass people, host malware, or resell the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

6. No warranties

Hark is provided "as is." We try to keep it up, but we do not guarantee it. Export your ventures often if the data matters.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
