## Common questions

### Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?

No. Every new workshop starts on a free 14-day trial with no payment details. Solo workshops start on Builder, team workshops on Studio. You only enter a card if you decide to keep it.

### What happens when the trial ends and I haven't paid?

Your workshop becomes read-only. Everything you wrote stays exactly where it is — projects, decisions, journal entries, files. Nothing is deleted, and adding a plan restores full access immediately.

### How do seats work?

Builder is a single seat. Studio includes 3 seats and extra seats are $12 a month each. Agency includes 8 seats and extra seats are $10 a month each. Guests never take a seat.

### What is a guest, and what can they do?

A guest is a client or collaborator scoped to specific projects. They can read the sections you enable and leave comments — nothing else. Builder includes one comment-only guest, scoped to a single project. Studio includes 10 guests, Agency unlimited.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel whenever you like from the billing page. Yearly plans work out to two months free. Cancelling leaves your workshop read-only rather than removing anything.

### Are agent calls metered?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent (MCP) calls: 10,000 on Builder, 50,000 on Studio, 250,000 on Agency, unlimited on Enterprise. Normal session use sits far below those limits.

### What counts as an agent call?

One agent call is one MCP tool call made against your workspace — reading the brief, logging a decision, moving a stage, ending a session. Reads and writes count the same. Anything you do by hand in the app is never counted, and a single agent session normally spends a handful of calls, not hundreds.

### Will I know before I hit the cap?

Yes. Workspace settings, billing and the connections page all show a usage graph of agent calls per day against your monthly allowance, and workspace owners get an email once at 80% and once at 100% of the allowance. Nothing is deleted at the cap.
